Domestic Shipping Policy

Emoya Home offers free shipping on all orders. This offer currently only applies to Canadian residents. The Northwest Territories, Nunavut, The Yukon, and The Maritime Provinces do not qualify for free shipping currently. For shipping inquiries to The Canadian Territories or The Maritime Provinces, please contact our support team at orders@emoyahome.com.

For U.S.A residents please inquire with our Sales team directly to place an order at orders@emoyahome.com.



Shipping Methods:


• Standard Ground Shipping

    • This includes Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or some other common carrier that provides insurance and tracking for small packages. All standard, small sized, orders are eligible for FREE Ground Shipping throughout Canada. Exclusions may apply to larger box items.
• Freight or "LTL"
    • This is reserved for large, heavy, or oversized items such as vanities, large mirrors, bathtubs, toilets, etc. As these are placed onto a pallet, require a scheduled delivery, and extra insurance, the cost to ship by this method is more expensive. FREE LTL delivery is currently offered to most residents in ON, QC, and MB. For all remaining provinces, shipping rates will be shown at checkout.


*Oversized products are only available to ship with curbside delivery. We do not deliver oversized products into the home.

*Free shipping for Canadian residents may not be possible to remote or rural locations. In the situation that we are unable ship your order, you will be notified via email.

*For oversized items shipping to Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.



Shipment Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Upon order placement, a confirmation email will be sent, and a shipping label will be created for the product(s). Once your order has been processed an email containing shipping and tracking information will be sent to you.


In stock items ship within 2-5 business days from the date of order. For items that are not in stock, you will be notified of approximate delivery time via email.

For oversized items, most transit companies will give a courtesy call with a delivery window prior to delivery.

All shipping times are approximate, and Emoya Home cannot be held liable for delays.

*Orders placed after 4:00PM EST Monday to Thursday will not be processed until the following business day.

*Due to the impacts of COVID-19 shipping delays may be experienced, however, shipping updates will be provided if this is the case.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and automatically displayed at checkout. If you are told that an item may not be shipped to your address at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
