Horrible service! No resolution!

I wanted to buy a Canadian vanity for my bathroom renovation and chose Emoya Home because they seemed like a reputable company and had beautiful products for a small bathroom.
First of all, the delivery was disgusting. I know from a previous reply to a post that they operate independently, which I understand, but from the other post this obviously is not the first time.
He called me three times (while I was at work) and then tried texting me. He asked if he could just leave it in front of my garage door and I said I would prefer my front door as it is not as visible. He said he would try but it was heavy. Then another text that he got it to the front door.
When we opened it, the sink was cracked.
I have been trying to contact this company for 2 weeks now with now response! I have tried email, phone, chat, instagram and facebook. A resolution would be nice.

Ghosted after they made an error

Started with getting a 6am delivery! Completely unacceptable, and driver was rude. Got the wrong vanity delivered, wasn’t offered any solutions to the fact that I had to arrange for help to move the vanity back upstairs to send back and for when the right vanity delivered. I just had to arrange myself without much empathy considering I would have to inconvenience friends if there had been no error. When new vanity was delivered the driver wanted me to sign a blank slip, and when I asked him to complete it so I could sign receipt he told me he wouldn’t waste his time on me! I reported the driver rudeness to Emoya and got no response at all. After all the trouble I asked if they would compensate for the trouble and they have ghosted me, not even answered my email. I wouldn’t recommend them because of the service. It’s fine to make errors but then make it right.
