Ghosted after they made an error

Started with getting a 6am delivery! Completely unacceptable, and driver was rude. Got the wrong vanity delivered, wasn’t offered any solutions to the fact that I had to arrange for help to move the vanity back upstairs to send back and for when the right vanity delivered. I just had to arrange myself without much empathy considering I would have to inconvenience friends if there had been no error. When new vanity was delivered the driver wanted me to sign a blank slip, and when I asked him to complete it so I could sign receipt he told me he wouldn’t waste his time on me! I reported the driver rudeness to Emoya and got no response at all. After all the trouble I asked if they would compensate for the trouble and they have ghosted me, not even answered my email. I wouldn’t recommend them because of the service. It’s fine to make errors but then make it right.
